Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies

You will need:

225 g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
2 cups gluten free baking flour
1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
1/2 cup gluten free  dark choc chips

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lighty grease or line baking trays with baking paper.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in the sifted flour and baking powder. Then stir in the choc chips.
Roll into small balls and place on tray.  Press down with the back of a fork and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip: Dip the fork in a little flour if it starts to stick
